Güre Saruhan Thermal Hotel Service Contract and Accommodation Conditions

This agreement covers the process from the date of booking (registration) to the end date of the stay, the signatory of which is the reservation holder and the reservation holders together. It covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the consumer protection law No. 4077 on the procedures and principles of implementing distance contracts in relation to the sale and performance of the service, the qualities and sales price of which are specified below.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

a- The reservation holder declares that he has read and has information about the qualities of the service, the sales price and pay method of the product subject to the contract, as well as all preliminary information about the performance, and has given the necessary confirmation.

b- Güre Saruhan Thermal Hotel is responsible to the booking owner if the service subject to the contract is defective.

c- If the Bank Or Financial Institution Related To the Unfair Or Unlawful Use of the Credit Card Belonging to the reservation Holder by Unauthorized Persons In A Way That Is Not Caused By the Defect of Güre Saruhan Thermal Hotel After the Performance of the Service Does Not Pay The Service Fee To The Agent, The Reservation Holder Is Responsible For The Service Fee And Any Damages Incurred.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
a- Reservation Holder, Reservations made can be canceled no later than one week before the booking date. In case of cancellation of the reservation, a refund will be made.
PAYMENTS

a- A Final Registration Is Made By Taking 100% of the Accommodation Price At the Time of Booking.  If the Customer Does not Arrive at the Hotel on the Booking Day, the Cancellation Conditions are Applied by Considering that the Customer Has Given Up Participating in the Tour.

b- For cancellations 7 Days Or Closer From the Date of Arrival at the Hotel; The Price Paid will be Refunded and Billed to the Consumer as Withdrawal Compensation.

CANCELLATION - TRANSFER

a - Güre Saruhan Thermal Hotel Has The Right To Cancel The Reservation Or Transfer The Customer To Another Hotel For Force Majeure Reasons(Adverse Weather Conditions, Strike, Terror, Fog, War Need, Unpredictable Technical Issues, Incorrect Booking), Despite The Fact That It Has Shown All The Necessary Care. In Case of Cancellation of the Reservation, the Entire Fee Paid will be refunded in kind.
